Thank you for checking out my video blog.  I am new to video as a blogging method and learning as I go. In this episode, I introduce the Vblog and tell you a little about myself and why I am blogging about essential oils.

Selecting a essential oil company to purchase oils – Make sure to buy from a reputable manufacturer of therapeutic grade essential oils.  Before you use any oils on your body or ingest them internally, make sure you are using a therapeutic grade oil.  All oils are not made to a high standard appropriate to be ingested.  There are only a few companies able to say their oils are therapeutic grade. Sleep Blend – this blend is great to help you relax at bedtime. I diffuse this blend at night in the bedrooms as well as mix with a coconut carrier oil and use topically on our feet.

“Hey there!   I’m Dana Mitchell and welcome to Master Essential Oils. This is my new website and I am very excited about it.  The purpose of the site is for me to have a way to share with you my learning and all of my experiments that we’re doing in our household with essential oils.

 

I am relatively new to essential oils.  However, for years, people have been telling me that I need to try them.  They said, “The oils are really going to help some of the issues that you have”. I have had some really weird medical issues.  Well, I put it off – mainly because I thought that I had no time for something new.

 

Then something changed.  My daughter joined our family and she had some issues; sleep being #1.  She never slept and still has trouble sleeping.  Once we got into essential oils, we came across an essential oil sleep blend. Boy, it has changed our lives!

 

So, I’ve been telling people about it and they wanted to know more.  Thus, this website was born. Over the course of several weeks, I’m going to be sharing with you some of our experiments and telling you about different oils we use.
